Snow Blade was once a young girl raised by a wealthy family. After her parents are murdered, she swears vengeance, but realizes that, in the years it would take for her to develop the necessary skills, her enemies would die or disperse across the country and so escape her revenge. An orphan with no money or skills to her name, Snow Blade sells her soul to darkness and receives her request - mastery of the sword. In hunt for her parent’s slayers, she is forced to roam the land as an assassin for hire, walking the slow road to hell.

Australian-born, Chinese-Based filmmaker Antony Szeto's new concept for a movie is to mix strong Western SciFi themes with Wushu action. Szeto, who is best known for directing animated martial arts feature DRAGONBLADE and martial arts drama WUSHU, has unveiled test footage for his latest project, VELA 734. Featured is emerging wushu star Wang Wenjie (SEVEN SWORDS, BODYGUARDS AND ASSASSINS) as a wushu-fighting hero battling laser blasting robots with a laser katana.
